Just about everyone we met here were helpful, patient, informative, and exhibited empathy.
Except the doctor. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars, instead of 3, is because everyone else were exemplary.
My girlfriend and I had never, in our lives, did marijuana, illicit drugs, my girlfriend stopped drinking beer over a decade ago, I never acquired the taste for beer, and probably drank drinks with alcohol content maybe 4 times my entire life (I’m 60 yrs old, girlfriend -63). We were asking a lot of questions from the doctor. He would answer some questions (reluctantly, somewhat condescendingly, exhibiting impatience). Then, he abruptly stopped answering, and stated “I need a minute” and walked out the door.
Granted, if he had explained that the questions we were directing at him about the products were to be all addressed by the other clinic staff, after our meeting with him, the doctor, then we would have stopped our line of questioning to him. Instead he would address some questions, not answer others, and when we would ask for clarification about some of the info he was spouting-off, he noticeably would exhibit exasperation (?) like roll his eyes, and state that he couldn’t answer the question. Luckily, my girlfriend and I decided to let the rest of the clinic try offset this crappy treatment. They did wonderfully. If the doctor was having a bad day, then he shouldn’t be allowed to meet with the public. The establishment could have lost us as patrons. We ended up buying some of their products. For any follow-ups here, I will insist on not be seen by him.

COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!

I requested an exception on my dosage and was advised by my doctor to use ‘thedocapp.’ Let me tell you, this app is an absolute nightmare. The whole process took weeks, and by the time you’re done, your card might already be expired, meaning you’ll have to pay more to renew.

I even spoke to Nick Garulay, the owner, and I was shocked at the lack of professionalism. He was rude, disrespectful, and insulted me for following what I was advised. He yelled, belittled me for my age, and acted completely egotistical. This company is a total money grab—they claim to help people, but it’s all a scam. Avoid at all costs!

This company is a bunch of jerks. They filed a brief that can jeopardize the legalization of marijuana in Florida or delay it significantly. Boycott. Say whatever they want. Marijuana is God's medicine to people. It is not to be turned into a big pharma like product so they can get rich off of weed.
